We live in our own house in Capellen. When we built the house in 2008, the construction company equipped whole house windows with Elero brand electrical Windows shutters controlled in remote controller.
We have experienced some problems on the windows shutters programming not well operating and stopped working. Currently we have problems on 3, 4 windows shutters which they are located on the ground floor, 3 are in the living room and one is on the office room.
As we could not able to find a well equipped company to fix this problem so far, I would like to ask you how you could help me solving this long standing problem.
