Dear Sir/Madam,

I am planning to replace the existing gas boiler in my house in Pétange. Luxembourg with an air-to-water heat pump and would appreciate a detailed, transparent quotation from your esteemed and trusted company.

Details of our property are as follows:
1 Location - Pétange, Luxembourg
2 Dwelling Type - Rowhouse (Attached on both sides)
3 Living Area - ~170 sq mtr (excluding basement)
4 No. Of Floors - Basement + 3 Floors
5 Existing system - Gas boiler (Viessman Brand) in basement
6 Heat distribution - Radiators
7 Garden - ~160 sq mtr (Access from Basement)
8 Household - Three persons (2 Adults + 1 Child)
9 DHW usage - Moderate

We are a family of three, although our daughter stays at her education institute for around eight months each year, so our domestic hot water usage is moderate rather than high.

Below I have summarized the key information and the format in which I would kindly ask you to provide your proposal. Please quote for a complete, installed, commissioned and subsidy-compliant system, including the following:
1 Heat pump - Brand, model, refrigerant, nominal output (kW)
2 Domestic hot water tank - Volume (litres) and justification
3 Buffer tank - Volume (if required) and technical justification
4 Hydraulic components - Expansion vessels, safety valves, dirt/air separators, mixing valves
5 Control system - Weather compensation, room regulation, internet control (if included)
6 Electrical works - Cabling, breakers, protections, commissioning
7 Removal of gas boiler - Included / not included
8 Commissioning & balancing - Included
9 Subsidy documentation - Klimabonus, Enoprimes, Commune

For the offered components and installation, I also request you to provide the following technical information to allow for transparent comparison. In addition, please feel free to attach product documentation with your proposal:
1 Heat-loss calculation - DIN EN 12831 (or equivalent)
2 Assumed flow temperature - ___ °C
