I have a Mercedes Wallbox (https://mystore.mercedes-benz.de/mb/lp/wallbox ) already installed in my garage.

I now need to configure it using the EVBox Install application ( https://apps.apple.com/us/app/evbox-install/id1596732245 ). The application explains that this must be done by a qualified electrician (if I were to try and do this myself I would void the guarantee on the Wallbox).

I need a qualified electrician to do the configuration for me.

I will pay for this service only AFTER I have personally verified that my Wallbox is able to charge my electric car at the 11kW rate required by the electric company CREOS.
